I received a phone call from a broken english speaking person who said i was chosen to receive a govt grant and that it was a one time fee of $3 and they would send me a application that i had to complete and send back. I never received the email and on 1/27/2014 i checked my card balance and there was a transaction taken of 59.95 i do not know who this company is and i did not authorize anyone to take anymore money off my card. please is there anyway i can contact anyone to receive my money back. this is not fair
