We bought a football jersey online from this guy and we double checked the size to make sure that it would be correct for our son to wear. When we got the jersey it was a few sizes too small even though it had the same size number that we requested which is the same size number as all of his other jerseys. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for our son but we didn't get it until a few weeks after Christmas despite the fact that we ordered it a couple of weeks before Christmas (I don't remember the exact date but I can look at my credit card statement later if necessary). I would like to send the jersey back for an exchange or a refund but I cannot find a way to contact this person to let them know that we received an unsatisfactory product. I have looked online to try to find the site where my wife ordered the jersey, but I have had no luck. I know I have this person's address but I do not trust just sending the package back without a confirmation that the situation will be properly remedied. Can you help me with this?
