Do not book a vacation with First Travel Svc or with Vacation Cities. I think they are the same cities. I booked a package with Gayle which guaranteed me a vacation for an unbelievable price so long as I book it more than 45 days in advance. After I booked this package, I scheduled to book a vacation. When I tried to book my actual vacation they wanted to charge me extraordinary and unheard fees, such as Hotel Insurance for $800 for my family. Not wanted to lose my $1200 deposit I paid the $800. But now they won't even confirm my reservation and I have to book an entire new vaction. I LOST $2000. This company is nothing but a scam.
