Hi, I have ordered (stupid me) a women handbag via http://www.bemichaelkors.com/ for USD 87.63. When I have received it, I didn`t like the design at all - it looked very very cheap - not worth the money I have paid. So as per the page - I have returned the bag the next day. But this came back to me. When I have e-mailed them, that I would like to have the proper address for returns, they refused to provide this to me and now I`m trying to get an answer since December 2013. They wrote that I should keep it....but even the page says that you have the right to send it back and receive your money back. I have sent it back right the next day after I have received it, but am now sitting with an ugly cheap bag and they have my 87 USD....and I don`t know what I can do now. And also, I would like to warn others. I also have all the e-mail communication. Can anybody PLEASE help me.... :(
