I answered an ad. for a free trial sample of collagen cream from this co. for 4.95 postage. I didnt get a confirmation email so perhaps alarm bells should have rung then. A month later still no cream but a charge of 119.95 on my bank statement that I wasnt expecting. I rang my bank immediately and found out it was a scam beauty club and lots of people had been scammed. The bank cannot get money back from them so I am out of pocket but at least they stopped future payments. The product did arrive but I wouldnt dare use it from such a source as it could contain anything. The bank suggest I should send it back and ask for a refund but nobody seems to have been treated fairly by this company so I think its a waste of time and more money down the drain. I live in England so I think this co. is spreading far and raking it in big time and blaming us for not cancelling when there was no mention of cancelling on the original ad!
