I signed up after taking a brief survey online.
They offer a free products for doing the survey and I choose Luminant Skin and gave them my Visa information for the shipping charges. There was no mention of calling them to cancel the product or membership program.
I don't even remember receiving the product.
The shipping fees of $4.95 were billed to my account. When I received my VISA bill i notice 93.95 was charged to my VISA.
I called customer service explaining to them my situation, I spoke to a person name Gloria, she told me that the 93.95 will be remove from my VISA and my account is cancel and i will be receiving an confirmation e-mail. I waited for 2 days, and since i didn't receive the confirmation e-mail, i called them again and i got Gloria, she told me not to worried the credit has already been issued.
I received my January Visa bill, the credit was never issued, so i called them again, this time i got a different representative and she said that Gloria's note on the account stated the account is cancel and the terms was review with the the customer. There was no mention of Credit been issue. I told them that it was incorrect, why would i bother calling them back if gloria did not give me the impression that the credit was suppose to be issue last month.
The customer reps will say anything to get the customer of the line and they don't follow through what they said they were suppose to do. i asked to speak to a supervisor and they customer representative hung up. i called them back again, the same thing happen. The customer representative are rude and there is no way to get your money back. And the survey products are a scam.
Any suggestion on what i could do to get my money back?
