I returned my North Face fleece after they sent me the wrong size and I realized it was a fake. I did have a conversation via email with a woman who did offer to waive the return overstock fee. I returned the item, and over a month later, I still have not been given a credit. I was able to confirm delivery from USPS on 12/16/13. I can not get through via phone, and my emails to the company get bounced back "undeliverable."
