We were contacted to have a review of our timeshare changes and were advised that our points needed to be sold and that we would be getting the money back to help pay for maintenance fees. We had 10,500.00 put on our charge cards and they were to reimburse us with 12,000.00 for the points that we sold. I have repeatedly called "Vacation Services International" and they have assured me that all was going as planned. I have not been able to contact The Timeshare Enhancement and Relief Project" because the phone number that I was supplied with is not set up yet. The folks I spoke to at "TERP" are Allen Collins,Daniel Salazar, and the contact that I cannot reach is Crystal Judson. I have spoken to Lisa and McKenzie at VSI. No money has been received as of this date. 1/29/14
