Listen up everyone I got scammed for the $99 just like a lot of you and it is possible to get your money back there phone number will show up on the record of the sail within your bank statement, I received a refund for the whole amount after much arguing and yelling at there support person, don't take there bull about terms of service you can get the whole amount back they will try to made some other deal with you don't except it demand the whole refund, I did that and finally they agreed to refund the whole amount and it took 3 business days to be returned to my account. Good luck
