I made an order online. Like the other complaint against this company, they took my money straight away.
I emailed and messaged on facebook 6 times before I got a response.
They never kept me upto date on my purchase - and only gave vague dates and times when I might get my sunglasses (and only after numberous messages to them again).
I have asked for a refund several times and they just keep saying they want to ring me.
I posted on their facebook wall as I was not getting a response or refund. They removed my comment and blocked me from posting on their wall again. I still have not gotten a refund.
All of their positive remarks appear to be from the owner or friends/family.
I am now going to my bank to try and get my money back.
