Last Feb. 2013 I had a sales rep call and tell me that if I switched to them they would ALWAYS have their charge at 1 cent lower than Dukes rates. The "recording contract" also stated that this is subject to change at anytime. When winter hit in November, December and January - they charged me double what Duke was charging. I called Duke regarding it and they told me to contact Palmco and all they said was, well your KW was a lot higher. Compared to last year, it was the same but my bill was $300 higher than what it was the previous year because they were billing me 13 cents per kW when duke was only charging 6. THis company will RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SWITCH TO ANY SUPPLIER!!!!!!
