On 16th November 2007 I went to icici bank , New Delhi , Barakhamba branch, to make Fix Deposit for Rs Fifteen Lacks ( Rs. 1500000)

Mr. Abhijit Biswas persued me to invest Rs 15 lacks in a " Investment Plan" with 30-40% with no risk. Comparatively FD will give only 4.5 % Mr Biwas explained . I confessed my limited knowledge about bank business , don't want to get into legal implication. Mr. Biswas assured there would be no risk or any implication.

To complete the paper work, he said, need a " Nominee" of Indian origin. I gave my daughter's name and her address of Bharat Nagar, New Friends colony, New Delhi. Mr. Biswas expressed that "Nominee" [my daughter] need to sign to complete paper work.

My daughter was in Uk. So Mr. Biswas asked passport photo copy as supporting document. Fortunately, her Passport was with Home Office UK. It was not possible get her signature. Mr.Biswas said, under the circumstances it may take sometime to complete the paper work, so the documents will be send to my UK address by regular mail. I believed and trusted every of his word.

I signed the check for Rs 15 lacks for the "Investment Plan" for 5 years, and asked Mr . Biswas to write the other details, in ' who's favor ' the Check to be issued.

It was to my great surprise , in the middle of January 2008, I received a folder of the Prudential Insurance Policy, the insurance policy in my daughter's name and my name as "Nominee". Immediately, 25th January 2008, the policy papers were surrender to Anita Pai, to Mumbai address. That was the address showed on the insurance document.

I tried to contact Mr Biswas but he disappeared , didn't answer phone nor replied my e: message. I made every possible effort to contact every others seemingly to be in position to stop processing insurance policy any further. The fake , fraudulent, Insurance Policy was terminated immidaitely but Anita Pai did not acknowledge.

On 25th January 2008,wrote letter to
(1) Head Office ICICI Bank, 9th Floor ,South Towers,ICICI Towers, Bandra, Kurla Complex Bandra (E) Mumbai, India. - and forwarded copies to :
(2) ICICI Bank Limited, Central Processing Center, B wing , Ground Floor,Autumn Estate, Chandivali Farm Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, 400 072.
(3) ICICI Bank Limited , Post box No.4380, Kalkaji , New Delhi-110 019, India.
(4)ICICI Bank Limited , 9A- Phalps Building , Cannought Place, New Delhi -110 001 India.
(5)Anita Pai, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, ICICI PruLife Towers;1089 Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025, India

From January 2008 (from the day one ) till December 2013, received hundreds of 'standard stereo type' e: messages from icici Customer Services and Customer Relations saying : 'will reply you within specified working days' to resolve the problem. This is not resolved to this day.

According to Mr. Abhijit Biswas' , e:message on of 9th May 2009, the orignal "Investment Plan" is not effected by the [fake] insurance policy. According to original " Investment Plan" ; the plan matured on 16th November 2012 and the total amountwith 30 - 40% return need to be settled.
