1. all seasons escape- my husband, paid the initial usd 698 on23 october 2012. and a further usd 600 to upgrade vacational facilities on jan 2014.(customer id - 9250210)this was supposed to be for a booked holiday at the radisson hotel in tampa near disney. after repeated phone calls and assurances nothing has been forth coming.
2. gd escape-I paid usd 698 on 1 june 2013 with customer id-9442503.this is supposed to be for february 2015 but after the above stress i would like to be compensated for all monies amt to 1996usd.

Last contact with clayton at gdescape was 31 Jan 2014 where I was ensured the itinerary had would be forwarded to me by end of business 31 jan 2014
