Answered a survey and offered an Ipod shuffle for $3.00 on December 12 that seemed legitimate from surveymonkey. (now realize it was Adware!) Once Submitted I realized I had signed up for monthly subscription way in fine print. I immediately sent an e-mail to their info@bidou site. Thought I had removed. Charged 49.99 for December then again for January. Could not reach anyone by phone. Resent e-mail and second time got confirmation of removal. Would not refund money as they said I had take advantage of an offer. Watching for a repeat charge for february. Have complained to credit card company. Good learning but DO NOT answer survey or accept the "gift". Still waiting for the product.
