The end of Dec 2013 I responded to an offer for a free skin care product. I did receive the product in two separate shipments with no paperwork. I was charged the $4.95 as stated in the ad. Then om January 17,2014 I was charged $97.88. The charge stated it was Newskin. I have never received the product and I don't want the product. I just want the $97.88 removed from my credit card.
