My daughter ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago. We have not received the product. We have tried to retrieve a tracking number and they have deleted her account (retro-13.com). I have submitted multiple emails, with no response. I even set up my own account. Retro-13.com sent me a confirmation email with different contact info ([email protected]). They used Fashion Co
,LTD to deduct money from our credit card. I'm just thankful we used a pre-paid card. Scam!!
