Submitted an order, they failed to deliver it within the quoted time frame. Asked for a refund, they said they would refund my money in 48 hours that came and went, still no refund. I got on their online chat support, and was told it would be 7 days. Waited 7 still nothing. They now will not respond to any emails, their number appears to be disconnected and anytime I get onto their chat it just says my order is not ready and at the first mention of refund they go silent.
