I've ordered two pairs of shoes online on 01/12/2014 and have neve received anything from them. Furthermore, my bank account was debited immediatly of an amount superior to the payment validated (122,22 EUR).There's no way to contact them or to follow your order online as it seems no order is generated despite the fact I've received a confirmation e-mail.
What can we do against such dishonest companies? Please never buy anything to them...Thank you for any feedback or help
