I bought a phone from them in April 2013 and it was never delivered. After almost a year of emailing back and forth I have still not managed to get my order . I did manage to get a 10% refund from them after months of complaining but now they refuse to refund me the balance and tell me to wait longer. The live chat on their site is useless and the email correspondence even more so. This cannot go on like this. They are stealing people's hard earned money and they hide behind language barriers and false promises.
