I bought from the internet this product: Green Coffee INTL 3btl (1 FREE), paid by paypal and after 1 month always asking for my product and the answers was always: "We respectfully apologize for the delay. Your order for green coffee was reshipped on 06/05/2013 from our US warehouse to the address you provided. Please contact your local mail courier.

Although our system cannot predict the exact date of arrival, we can confirm that the shipment has left our facility and is currently in transit.

The delay may be due to a detention by customs. We cannot issue a tracking number for the package because the item is sent internationally. When the product changes carriers, all of our tracking information becomes inaccurate, because the two carriers are not communicating the status of the package."
I contacted the costums here in Portugal and they said that they don´t have nothing in my name and i also contacted Fedex and they said that they need a tracking number but they never give me one.
this is what they answered: "Unfortunately we do not have a tracking number for your package.
