I bought The Perfector hairstyling tool, and started seeing a monthly charge of $24.95 on my bank statement. The charge appeared under "Rewards Plus." I had no idea what it was, but it coincided with my purchase of the Perfector. I called the customer service number for the Perfector and asked about this charge. I was told that it was a separate service, and there must have been some sort of promotion going on at the time I ordered the Perfector. Most likely, it was an offer of a gift card for taking a free trial of their service. I never received any gift card or any information about this service. The Perfector operator gave me a number to call for Rewards Plus, so I called. All I got was an automated system. Luckily, there was an option to cancel, which I selected. I got a cancellation confirmation number, but I've already been charged for three months of their so-called service. I have no idea what their service is supposed to be. I have received no information telling me what I signed up for or how to claim these supposed "rewards." So far as I can tell, they just charged me $74.85 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! What a scam!!!
