We have gotten contacts from person(s) that are trying to rent my wife's house through an ad on the realrentals.com website. We do not know who is posting the ads; she does not do business with the posting company. They need to do a better job screening the people they advertise for in order to insure that the posters actually own the property they are trying to make money from. If you are looking for a vacation rental, make sure that the people that you are renting from have a legitimate interest in the property.
