I was applying for a loan. They said that they needed to see that I was able to cover the first payment. I was given a number (818-813-5617) to call so that these funds could be verified, and asked to purchase a One Vanilla Pre paid card , as my bank account number was "confidential".I gave them the card information, they took the payment off my card, and then said that they needed me to provide them with $150 more because I "red flagged" their system with my 609 credit score and that I was a risk. I said NO, I dont have any more money. The very unprofessional India voiced young man replied with an "Oh My God" we cant help you Im so sorry. I called him back and demeanded contact information, etc.. he said that the money would be refunded to my One vanilla card. It is a card that IS NOT RELOADABLE. I called the number this morning and I was swore at when demanding my money.
