This website made me submit my intellectual property resources as blogs/pages for over 4 years then closed my account citing unknown violations. They owed me revenue share and other dues as explained below in various emails to them which has remained un-replied to this date. These are all self explanatory:

It is already fourth day since I called upon you to present to me:

(a) evidence of website code violations through my pages along with evidence of the person(s) reporting/alleging the same and of the violation itself barring the one which was settled more than a year back

(b) return of all of my intellectual property resources in 'intact' condition which were as last stored on your servers as on date of removal of my account

(c) Clear all dues which I am entitled to which were owed to me by your website which gained multiple times revenues from those that were outstanding to me-as of last date of removal of my account I had a small sum of pound 40 due to me-in addition outstanding revenue on account of 1000s of new members introduced by me amounting to another pound 30 or a little more was due to me

(d) I have been put to harassment and mental agony and torture by your hasty and unfounded act of removal of my account without any notice/warning or evidence of violation(s)-which amounts to marring/sullying my image apart from severe character assassination-for which law of torts is being put to you and you are being questioned directly as to why a legal action may not be initiated against the owners of your website and the person(s) responsible for negligent and deliberately character sullying act of removal of my account. The combined claims may exceed British pounds 100000 for this act of your website.The action also includes complaint with other cyber regulating authorities which also does not exclude police officials. You are expected to reply within two days on the above issues failing which you would be formally charged with

(a) stealing of intellectual resources
(b) Illegally defaulting on payment of dues with fraudulent intents
(c) harassing and inflicting mental agony
(d) acting negligently on hearsay and failing in your duties as website administrators/moderators/website owners of www.wikinut.com
(e) You are required herewith to forward me the full name & contact addresses of website(www.wikinut.com) owners,moderators,including email addresses to enable initiation of actions as proposed above. Your failure to do so would be deemed to be an attempt to abett and hide the offences as listed above.
(f) You are also required to furnish to me all evidences (electronic & otherwise) which lead you to remove my account without notice or warning,as relied by you.

Please respond to this message on immediate basis.Your silence and non response would be taken as your concurrence and agreement to the offences listed above & claims as pressed as pressed above.

Kindly note that within 12 hours of this email the warning given in my query email, on my account removal and my financial dues from you apart from handing over my intellectual property resources in custody of you and your website servers, would turn effective. Your silence and non response would natural indicate that you have nothing to present in defense of the unfair activities attributed to you. As your victims we would be free to widely circulate your activities and facts about you,as may be available with us, over the internet and include police/interpol complaints against you which might result in charges of financial frauds being pressed against you. Internet circulation, as above, would be without any claim or liability raised from you on us as you have failed to respond at all thus far to queries/questions raised for you to answer. We are not liable for any damages which you or your website may suffer from such circulation as you have not responded even when given adequate time on issues now being circulated. You were required to present reasons for such removal with evidence and return of all intellectual property resources being held hostage(illegally) on your website servers belonging to the contributor writingforfun. You were also clearly called upon to clear his contributing dues and dues for bringing in new members honestly and fairly or explain reasons why such dues were not payable or tenable. The amounts due were clearly identified. You had been given sufficient time to respond to above financial and intellectual property claims. However, you have callously failed to respond in any manner to any of these above claims within that time.
