I purchased from Belleza Jewelry, by way of a Moolala voucher, a Flip 'n Fold t-shirt folder on 11/18/2013. As of January 2014 I still had not received my item. I finally received an email from them (after numerous attempts to get them to respond to my email) stating that if I had not already received my Flip 'n Fold they would no longer honor the Moolala voucher.
I contacted Moolala ONCE and they refunded my money I had paid them and told me to contact Belleza Jewelry to get the amount I paid them. I know it is only $ 3.00 but it is the principal of the matter. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service! I called their number 855-639-2323 and there is a recording stating that this person (Louise) is no longer accepting any calls. I have emailed Louise more times than I can count and have never received one response. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM. I can see from all the complaints they didn't treat me any different than most of their customers!!
