I have received 5 phone calls and voice messages from US Legal Services in two days. Senior Officer Brian Harris called me and explained to me that a law suit against my name for $9,000 was being filed due to an unpaid payday loan which I never received and wanted my mailing info so I could be "served" and arrested. I was in the process of getting a payday loan but was told that I had to pay for insurance on the loan through a GreenDot Moneycard and I backed out of the loan for fear of getting my bank account hacked into by the company. I never received any money from the loan agency and I will not payback money I did not receive.
