Iam sending this complaint to your lab as this is the only address I can find on my packaging on my own RVTL.I purchased Skin Care £95, and skin care fruit exfoliate £89.00. these were purchased for a birthday gift, I have not received my purchases and the birthday has now passed. I would like my money back, as promptly as it was taken out of my account.
