After canceling my account due to dissatisfaction, I thought I was through with eharmony.com. I haven't received any more emails from them in months and that's fine. However they appearantly have some type of auto renew feature that even if you cancel your account, they will be sure to bill you in the future when the renew time comes. Thankfully I noticed it after only two 75$ charges posted to my PayPal account and not the full yearly 3 month barrage of fees. After speaking with a woman at eharmony I am highly doubtful I'll be able to get my money back from them. Hopefully Paypal will work on my behalf. My only satisfaction may have to come from spreading the word about how deceptive and usury their billing practices are and be an anti-commercial for them.
