PalmCo sent me a bill after I had spoken to someone MONTHS ago and told them that I wasn't interested in their services. They have apparently been on my bill since September now, and unbeknownst to me, was cancelled in January. I never signed up for their services, and I have since then received multiple visits from solicitors wanting me to sign up for PalmCo -- which confuses me because I was at this time already signed up for their services that I was unaware of. It seems to me that they were fishing for a signature. I am currently refusing to pay the bill, and I will be reporting them to Public Utility Services as well.
