FILLED OUT SHORT "SURVEY",WAS REWARDED WITH A "FREE"GIFT (PAY $4.95 PROCESSING ONLY)"A FEW DAYS LATER NOTICED ATTEMPT TO CHARGE $97.88 MORETO MY DEBIT CARD. I CALLED BANK, WAS TOLD IT WOULD HAVE TO "POST" BEFORE IT COULD BE DISPUTED,CALLED COMPANY. WAS OFFERED HALF CHARGE REFUND IF BANK KEPT OUT. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVING SCUM BUT NOT STUPID, THEY KNOW THE SYSTEM. ONCE I'D OK'D THE $4.95 CHARGE THEY HAD ALL MY INFO THEY NEEDED TO CONVINCE BANK THAT THE TRANSACTION WAS NOT FRAUD......FORGET THE BANK HELPING. IT'S LIKE GETTING ROBBED AT AN ATM AND HAVING THE POLICE BLAME YOU FOR ALLOWIN G THE THIEF TO SEE YOUR MONEY.

- I have run into the same problem with AuraVie. Did a survey, rewarded with a free trial of the product by paying $4.95 shipping. A $48.94 charge came into my bank account, overdrew my account & ended up costing me $140 in overdraft fees. Had to change my account number & do a formal dispute with the bank. It has cost me $190.00 for nothing. Calling AuraVie was a waste of time since they claim it must have been a 3rd party site that didn't explain I had to cancel an account within 10 days for them not to charge me for the product trial after the fact. The CSR was extremely rude. I am printing & taking all of the complaint reports I'm finding to my bank to help substantiate my request for the insufficient funds charges to be refunded. I'll never get the AuraVie charges back but they can't get my new bank information so they won't get anything else out of me.
