Received a call from the above number saying that I was chose to receive a free Grant of $8400 from the US treasury since I had good credit standings, no bankruptcy, and paid my taxes. He had a foreign accent. I told him I had to go since my son was crying and also because I was pretty sure it was a scam. Sounds like the same situation as above post. Almost believable because the call does come from a DC #
