in simple words you are earning dollars those have no value because dollars you are earning would have a value if they go to your bank account

it is like hoping to take care of your hunger just by watching a cookery show.

so in my opinion this website is a big scam don,t go for it they are just collecting people's data to make money for them/him/herself or may be for some other purpose by making false and misleading statements which is unethical. They are fooling innocent people like you and me hoping to earn some extra money to get rich or to have some savings..
i am at $395 know still unable to complete the payment request and this condition was never mentioned in the begining abt survey only thing mentioned was a minimum threshold of $300
