Elena Petrova is a scam artist of the highest ilk! My partner worked for her for 20 days, doing the work that he was supposed to, and then when it came time for his check to be delivered, it did not show. So he wrote to Elena and asked where his check was: She stated that it was lost in a winter storm. Okay, so she said she voided the first check and sent the 2nd one priority mail from Russia, stating that it would arrive in 2 - 3 days. That was 4 days ago, and still check. Now she has stopped all communications with him. This is a re-shipping scam. There is no way that anybody can make $45/package that they forward for a company. I do not expect that we will ever see the money from her. I tried to call her phone number and it had been disconnected, and the address in Russia in invalid! Before your work with ANY company, check with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
Please note, too, that if they are offering to pay your Paypal Account (something we refused to do!), that unless the sender and their information is verifiable that they can have that money taken out of your account, too, and at any time. Also suspicious is Blackhawk Logistics with the plagiarized website details, DAVID BROWN, who is out of Carrollton, Texas. While there IS a real Blackhawk Logistics in South Carolina, they are not affiliated with him. David Brown works the scam stateside with Express Postal Services in Russia. Elena has been a busy girl, she is also alleged to be involved in a Russian prostitution ring. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
