I ordered a free sample of this companys product. A banner came up asking if I wanted them to ship me a 3 months supply after the sample. I clicked yes. While I was waiting to finalize the transaction, I got an uneasy feeling and canceled the ENTIRE transaction. Two days later I noticed a charge of 160.00 on my account. I called and spoke to representative who said the product shipped, that there was a delay in shipping, that they would only refund half my money, that is I shipped the product back and it had to be recieved by the 14th day,they would refund my money minus an unknown stocking fee and that ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
Today is the 15th day, no product arrived. I called they said there was nothing they could do for me but to make sure I send that product back before my next shipment on March 4.
( which I repeatedly stated I DO NOT want!)

My bank has canceled my card and we are going to file against the company
