A warning to anyone thinking of purchasing the free trial from this company. They keep your card details and without telling you will automatically debit £169.90 from your account within 14 days!! I am lucky because I read these reviews they do not tell you any of this at all. I called to cancel and they wouldn't allow me to and told me to cancel on a March 14, I said I wanted to cancel now I was told I couldn't. I was then told I had to return the "free trial" and pay shipping for that as well - so I pay shipping twice and have nothing?? The woman I could hardly understand was getting very upset with me when I questioned everything and said I had to have a valid reason for cancelling and them debiting my account is not enough!! Excuse me!! I have luckily solved my problem I called my bank and if they try and access my account they'll be out of luck, access denied!! I shall call them again next week to cancel to cover myself but feel much better having called my bank! Ladies beware they do not tell you any of this and it's a lot of money I hope this review helps someone else. Call your bank and get that payment stopped altogether.
