I was sent a letter stating I won 3,175,536.00 and send $20.00 fee for processing, I got that letter on Feb 5th,2014 and it was due Feb 7th, and I sent it overnight which cost another $20. Then was sent another letter stating to send another 20.00 for processing fee for my payout and the submission deadline is for March 4th,2014. I sent the first fee but not the second one.
