Requested refund of monies deposited, and since then they have been stalling. They have answered to emails, but keep requesting documentation of my bank account that already have been sent to them via email.
Brokers keep calling and have tried to help??
by sending info to their support team.
Now they want previous and month after withdrawal request date, bank statements.
This is ridiculous. Today is 2/24/14 month 1/2 since the request was placed.
