I ordered a Michael Kors bag on 2/2/14 and have not yet received my purchased item, nor have I heard from the seller (skinboot) in regards to my transaction or product. On the site, it says my order should have been processed no later than 10 days after purchase. This is highly unprofessional and I will never buy anything from this site ever again.
