I ordered one free sample and have ended up receiving three times the same products in three different times, and post office was charging ca $30 for shipping and handling fees. I accepted the first shipment, but rejected the other two. Now I checked my bank account and noticed they have charge me two times $76.44 and one time $79.76 and again $7.96 and $9.11, whereas credited one time $76.41. I want this to stop and discontinue this service. I want a refund for my whole money since they had advertised free samples.
