My complaint reads the same as everyone else's. Still awaiting a refund well after the 30 days, so I've contacted the financial ombudsmen today who can issue a letter for free. If you call them they will get the letter sent the same day.
I was told the more complaints against merry wood then they can be investigated further regarding their processes.
The staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful.
All those having trouble email them via the complaint form online then contact the FO via telephone.
