In late July'2013 a telephone representative after repeated calling caught me off guard and talked me into signing up to save on my energy bills if I get my electricity and heat supplied via Palmco. From the past 4 months my electric and heat bills have been hugely inflated as compared to what I would have paid PSEG my energy distributor. In this last month/bill of January'2014 I have been charged $1.95 per therm .I'm planningto complain in BBB about the scam. When I called them the customer service team has only one answer that you signed up for it and if you like we can cancel but it will take 1-2 months for the cancellation.
Feeling cheated and duped by Palmco Energy NJ, LLC and its sister concern Palmco Power NJ, LLC.

I am sorry to hear that about your issues. Unfortunately, extremely cold winters like this one can drive up demand for electricity and gas and produce spikes in market prices. This means energy service companies like PALMco have to pay higher prices to the suppliers to service our customers, which is reflected in our variable rate customers' bills.
