I missed a flight from Australia to Thailand on the 4 Oct 14,due to a Greyhound coach failed to arrive nad missed the flight (300km) away.
I applied for refund for airport tax from airasia,after 4 months,8 emails and 3 phone calls,still all I get is"We will contact you in 14 days",I have 8 of those and another on the 24/2/2014.
So basically this cheap shonky airline dosent play the legal rules in regard to refunds.
don't fly it's cheap and nasty and your treated that way as well.

Denied refund again with no explanation.yet 3 months ago they agreed to refund airport tax it's the law

Scam airways now say refund given in nov 13,as I have told them several times the card doesn't exist since mid oct13,so payment returned,unbelievable
