We ordered the initial package for a low price of $3 to see how the product was going to work. About a month after that I noticed a pre-approval transaction on my card for $49.99 and called the company to ask why. I was told that the charge was for a second round of supplies that was automatically to be sent. I stated that I did not want any more product as what we received did not work the way that they said it would. I was then charged a re-stocking charge of $15 for product that likely never left a shelf. It's not that it cost me much money, although it could have, but I am thinking of hundreds of people like myself who end up paying a re-stocking charge. This company could make a ton of money without really selling any product. Is that re-stocking charge legal or could I fight it?
