our company AXO Shredders are using nitro for years!
yesterday , i was going to upgrade nitro 6 to nitro 9
the direct link at nitro web-site
http://www.nitropdf.com/upgrade
told me that all my licenses are no longer eligible for upgrade to nitro 9.
i never received notification from nitro about that!
i had to pay a full price for nitro 9! (now only one license)
i submitted complain ticked and received reply with a slightly different link
http://www.nitropdf.com/upgrade-2
which tells me now that my serial numbers can be upgraded!
i consider it as a dirty Nitro Marketing department Ripp off tactic with customers!
nitro customers should be urgently notified about that!
