This site claims to offer rentals and lease to own properties which is very misleading. They are also on Trulia but I suspect that due to their predatory business practices they will be kicked off soon.
What they have is a list of "pre-forclosure" properties compiled from public records and offer no service beyond that list on a website.
They charge $40 per month subscription, non-refundable which my wife signed up for. She had second thoughts and asked for her money back the same day which they would not refund. A very shady and unscrupulous business that relies on misleading people.
