Laptop crashed there logo popped up .gave them 39.95 to download software. Connection was horrible. 2hours on the phone with them on my computer using log me in service. When I called the number back on my caller I'd it said it was a solitior. Not a valid number.They charged credit card an additional $250.00 for a year service.
Got scared & looked theme up to see they were a scam. Buyer be ware Happened 2/28/2014
