The company made an unauthorzed charged to my credit card in the amount of $99.79 on 2/21/2014 for some skin care products that was never received (package was never picked up from the post office) and according to USPS tracking the company received the products back in February. Called 1-866-363-1090 & 1-877-599-2655 and spoke to representatives there on 2/21/2014 and 2/24/2014 who confirmed the return however the company refuses to issue the refund back to my credit card because they said something about a 14 day free trial which I never recieved plus they told me that I had to cancel within the 14 day period. This company also advised me that this item was recieved by me on 2/15/2014 which is NOT 14 days if I had requested a free trial. This company has comiited fraud. I demanded to speak to a manager which they refused. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will press charges with the police if necessary and file a complaint with the better business, if necessary. PER the USPS the itmes were returned back to the company, tracking#'s 9114901189866374669431 & 9114901189866374669448. This company also attempted to charge my credit card on 2/21/2014 $93.00 however I was able contact my credit card company and they blocked the charge and I was advised it did not go through.
