I signed up for what I thought was a free trial for this product through Amazon; saw nothing about having to return the product or that more would be shipped. I used the products for a few days and my skin reacted terribly with breakouts. I received another box in August, which I returned with a letter stating that I wished to cancel any further orders. I did not realize until tax time that there were 2 charges for $97.88 on my debit card. I tried to reason with the customer care agent, who was rude.
