Purchased a smartphone on Feb. 2, 2014. Oder status as of March 3, 2014 still shows "processing". Emails to their customer service for order inquiries are only answered by an automated email response telling you to check the status of your order on their website. Tried using their live chat even though its supposed to be for pre-purchasibg questions only. It had a message that it was currently offline. Called the number given for customer service and never got an answer.
