I sent for a free sample of their product and was not aware that by getting the sample I was agreeing to monthly shipments and automatic charges billed to my debit card. I had given my card information simply to pay for the shipping and handling on the "free" sample. When I called to complain the representative and rude and would not remove the charge. I have not even had time to try the "free" sample". I explained that I am retired and cannot afford this. I got no satisfaction from the company. I DO NOT want this product!
